New Maddie and Tae Music!

After a looooong wait from one of my favourite country duos, Maddie and Tae announced a new single due next Friday. ‘Friends Don’t’ is the first new music from the two in a few years, their last album Start Here was released in 2015.

Maddie and Tae have toured the UK multiple times in recent years, including their C2C 2016 appearance and UK fans have been lucky enough to hear live performances of a lot of potential new songs. It’s been a bit of a bumpy road for the duo in terms of releasing any new music, as they left Big Machine Records and signed with Universal Music Group following the closing Dot Records. It seems to be looking up though, as the new single announcement comes two months after they were assigned to Mercury Nashville.
